About the event
The MindShift Movement Conference is open to all colleges, with a primary focus on young adults aged 18-44. I have collaborated with various organizations and businesses, such as the Southeast Utah Health Department, FCCBH, the CJ Smuin Memorial Foundation, SafeUT, Primary Children’s Hospital, and a college organization. These are just a few of the many partnerships, with more opportunities to collaborate at the upcoming event. These conferences aim to educate attendees on the warning signs of suicide and intervention methods, offer tangible local and statewide mental health resources, and foster open dialogue to reduce stigma and empower individuals to seek help early. By engaging in candid conversations about mental health, we can dismantle stigma, cultivate a healthy mindset where individuals feel comfortable sharing their feelings early, raise awareness of available resources, and provide meaningful support to those in need.
